About the Enterprise Technology Services Provider:
The client specialises in designing and deploying meeting room, AV, and unified communications systems at scale. We are looking for an AV / UC Engineer to support a regional collaboration upgrade.
Role Overview:
You will engineer and deploy enterprise meeting room environments, including Zoom Rooms and Teams Rooms. This role spans configuration, on-site commissioning, user testing, and handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure Zoom Rooms and/or Microsoft Teams Rooms systems
Commission AV hardware including displays, DSPs, cameras, and control systems
Perform room drop builds, upgrades, and remediation work
Integrate UC systems with enterprise network and identity platforms
Troubleshoot AV/UC issues during rollout and hypercare
Produce commissioning docs, test results, and as-built packs
Train local site contacts and service desk teams on new systems
Work with PMs and field teams to hit rollout schedules
Qualifications:
Strong AV/UC engineering and deployment background in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, or Cisco Webex Rooms
Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Logitech, Poly, or similar stacks
Comfortable working on-site across multiple California locations
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Relevant certs (AVIXA CTS, Zoom/Teams certs, Crestron) preferred
