Digital Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365 & Endpoint)

About the Fortune 500 Enterprise:

The client improves collaboration, endpoint security, and user experience through a structured Microsoft 365 and Intune programme. We are looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer to support rollout delivery.

Role Overview:

You will deliver hands-on engineering for Microsoft 365 services and modern endpoint management. The work spans configuration, rollout support, troubleshooting, and adoption readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)

• Deliver Intune / Endpoint Manager policies and device rollout support

• Support identity integration with Entra ID (Azure AD) and conditional access

• Troubleshoot collaboration and endpoint issues during deployment waves

• Package and deploy enterprise applications to managed devices

• Produce runbooks, rollout guides, and operational handovers

• Partner with change and adoption teams to support users

• Provide progress reporting to project leadership

Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft 365 and modern workplace engineering background

• Hands-on Intune / Autopilot / device management experience

• Familiar with enterprise identity and security alignment

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

• Relevant certs (Microsoft Modern Desktop, M365, Security) preferred

• California-based or available for hybrid/on-site support
