About the Global Enterprise Transformation Partner:
The client helps enterprise clients modernise networks, collaboration environments, and site infrastructure. We are seeking a Project Manager to run active rollouts and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
Role Overview:
You will manage end-to-end delivery for network and digital workplace projects, ensuring scope clarity, schedule control, and smooth execution across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Own project plans, rollout schedules, and delivery governance
Coordinate engineers, field teams, client stakeholders, and vendors
Manage risks, dependencies, and change control with clear reporting
Track budget, resource utilisation, and milestone completion
Drive site readiness, onboarding, and logistics planning
Lead weekly client and internal delivery calls
Ensure documentation and handover standards are met
Support continuous improvement and lessons learned
Qualifications:
Proven PM experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure or workplace programmes
Strong understanding of network and digital workplace delivery lifecycles
Comfortable managing multi-site programmes across California
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred
