The Riviot VETTING SYSTEM
A new way to vet talent.
Now in beta.
Vio is a structured system that assesses real-world capability across network, cloud, security, data centre and AV environments. Take the beta assessment and get your Talent Card in under 10 minutes.

VETTING SYSTEM
How VIO evaluates engineers
A structured pipeline combining automation, AI, and human validation.
ADMISSION PROCESS
Better vetting leads to better project outcomes
When engineers are properly assessed, everything improves downstream.
More reliable delivery
Engineers arrive ready to work in live environments, not learn on the job
Faster hiring decisions
Structured profiles remove the need to re-evaluate every candidate
Lower project risk
Capability is validated before deployment, not after
CLIENT PERSPECTIVE
What teams think of VIO
A clearer, more reliable way to evaluate infrastructure talent before deployment.
Talent on Demand
A faster, more reliable way to hire infrastructure talent
Can clients rely on the scores?
Yes, for fully vetted engineers. Every admitted engineer's score is generated using a consistent framework combining AI analysis, structured scoring, and human validation. Beta Talent Cards are indicative and clearly labelled as such.
What percentage of candidates are accepted?
Roughly 10% meet the admission standard, but acceptance is score-based, not quota-based.
Are certifications required?
Certifications are considered, but they are not enough on their own. Real experience and performance matter more.
What makes Vio different from a normal hiring process?
Vio evaluates real-world capability through structured assessments, scenarios, and evidence validation, not just CVs or interviews. Every engineer is scored across six dimensions: Technical, Judgement, Ecosystems, Projects, Client-ready, and Delivery.
What is a Talent Card?
A Talent Card is a structured, shareable snapshot of your capability, generated from the Vio beta assessment. It shows your indicative score, key strengths, and profile across six dimensions, along with your declared ecosystems and certifications. It's your card and your data: share it or withdraw it at any time.
How long does the beta assessment take?
Under 10 minutes. It's eight focused questions, mostly multiple-choice, with no prep required. You receive your Talent Card as soon as you finish.
Is the Talent Card the same as full Riviot vetting?
No. The beta assessment creates an indicative capability profile. Full vetting adds evidence validation, technical assessment, and human review before an engineer is admitted to the network. Ecosystems and certifications on a beta Talent Card are candidate-declared until verified.
Who can take the assessment?
Engineers and specialists at any stage, from field technician to architect, across network, cloud, security, data centre and AV environments.
How long does full vetting take?
Most candidates complete the full process in under an hour, and final decisions are typically made within 24 to 48 hours.
